Background
The company was founded in early 2010 by 1 director who originally went to University in Liverpool and has been a very successful teacher for eight years in both teaching and management. His decision to set up and run a limited website design and development company came about from listening to friends and colleagues who all shared similar horror stories from other local website design companies. Clients told stories of large surprise bills in the post, slow customer service, deadlines missed, poor designs and many more. The director then decided to use his management skills and his specialist experience in computers to set up a website design and development company with a simple goal – "to give our clients better than they expect sooner than they thought possible." Along with that he decided to give the clients guarantees which allowed them to walk away at any stage of the development if we fell short of their requirements and expectations with a full refund. Since then the company has not looked back and is now only looking to the future.

The Future
The future looks good for Ignitecreations. Our client base has grown at a good steady pace and we are now looking to expand the team yet again from its current staff level to allow us to take on even more clients and expand further. The management and company development team have mapped out a long term strategy to ensure Ignitecreations will be around for a long time to come:
